Broadband Plan Faces Obstacles

In the next two years, Alabama is expected to put some form of high-speed Internet access in every corner. While Alabama has a number of examples in other states of how to encourage the deployment of broadband Internet access, it might have to forge it's own path on ensuring that every household and business can afford to be connected.
