Viacom to Take Jon Stewart, MTV and SpongeBob off the Air on Time Warner Cable Networks

A dispute between Time Warner Cable and Viacom over fees is going to impact Time Warner Cable customers in New York, Los Angeles, Dallas and several other cities on January 1. The channels likely to go off the air - Nickelodeon, Comedy Central, VH1 and MTV.
