After the FCC canceled a meeting to vote on auctioning off spectrum to mandate a free nationwide wireless network, Reps. Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) and Edolphus Towns (D-N.Y.) asked FCC Commissioners Michael Copps and Jonathan Adelstein to vote on the AWS-3 matter "on circulation"
