Congress Should Preserve Net Neutrality

The deeper the Internet becomes ingrained in our daily lives, the more the murkiness about Net Neutrality policy is going to cost us. 2009 is the year for Congress to take care of this vital piece of unfinished business and make Net Neutrality the law.
