CRTC Ruling Not the Last Word on Net Neutrality

The Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission issued its ruling on Internet throttling. The decision to permit Bell's throttling practices is a disappointment to advocates of Net Neutrality, However, the commission made a clear commitment to addressing the issue of Net Neutrality in July 2009.
