Judge Throws Comcast, NFL Network Mess Back at FCC

If the FCC thought that it could settle the long battle between Comcast and the NFL Network by handing the question to an FCC administrative judge, it thought wrong. The decider in question is expected to rule that this case is too complex to resolve in the time frame that the agency asked for.
