Senator Plans to Enforce Net Neutrality with Law

Sen. Byron Dorgan will introduce a bill to require Net Neutrality and back up the FCC's ruling against Comcast. It would have the Internet Freedom Preservation Act bar cable and telephone companies from being Internet "gatekeepers," Dorgan said.
