Industry, Government and Advocacy Groups Discuss Internet Needs

Representatives from industry, government, and advocacy groups agreed on at least one thing at a conference at the University of Nebraska: One significant step the Obama administration could take to increase broadband access and ensure Net Neutrality would be to reallocate spectrum currently appropriated to government agencies.
