FCC 700MHz D Block Public Safety Plan Critically Flawed, Say Mayors

The FCC's plan to use the portion of 700 MHz spectrum known as the "D block" is critically flawed and doesn't address the variety of needs and abilities of local government, say several mayors of major U.S. cities in a letter to congressional leaders.
