Legal P2P Uses Growing 10 Times Faster than Illegal Ones

A new report says that legitimate P2P uses are growing 10 times faster than its illicit uses. And streaming video is consumer huge amounts of bandwidth. As people start routinely bumping into usage caps due to Internet video, the data a pay-TV sides of ISP operations may start to look like competitors -- and the caps may start looking anticompetitive.
