Rural Operators Urge FCC to Postpone VZW-Alltel Vote

Small, rural and regional wireless carriers and trade groups said the FCC should not vote on the Verizon Wireless-Alltel merger before acting on unresolved roaming, spectrum concentration and handset exclusivity issues.
