FCC Engineers Say White Space Broadband Works

What could an FCC decision to accept unlicensed devices on white space spectrum mean for consumers? It could be a brand new (and hopefully inexpensive) wireless broadband delivery method that may be particularly well-suited for underserved rural markets.
