Study Says Reading Online Privacy Policies Could Cost $365 Billion a Year

If people read online privacy policies for each site they visited at least once a year, it would take an average of 10 minutes per policy and cost $365 billion in lost leisure and productivity time. Privacy policies must be made simpler and easy to understand, say the authors of a new study.
