Citizens Panel Wanted Brokaw to Do More to Challenge the Spin

Many who watched the second presidential debate in Nashville were troubled by the debate organizers' claim of true public participation. And although moderator Tom Brokaw received high marks for his balance of issues, his decision not to follow up with fact-checking was seen as a problem.
