Supreme Court to Hear FCC F-Bomb Appeal on Election Day

The Supreme Court will hear oral arguments for FCC vs. Fox Television Stations on election day, Nov. 4. The case will decide whether "fleeting expletives" -- indecent words said spontaneously and not repeated -- can be broadcast on television and radio without sanctions from the FCC.
