Will Sprint Nextel's XOHM service throttle Internet traffic? While Sprint seemed to be very enthusiastic about the launch, and promised to make the service available on other markets as well, consumer advocates seemed to be quite concerned about the network restrictions on the amount of bandwidth usage.
