U.S. Finally Tries to Figure Out Who Has Broadband

For the last decade, the FCC has been making sweeping broadband policy decisions based on incomplete data. In an effort to rectify this, the Senate passed the Broadband Data Improvement Act, which would get the GAO, the census system and other private groups more involved in broadband mapping.
