Hong Kong Arrests 14-Year-Old for Posting Free Song Downloads

Customs officials in Hong Kong have arrested a 14-year-old boy on charges of copyright infringement for posting songs on a Web site. The maximum copyright infringement penalty in Hong Kong is four years in prison and a fine of about $9,300.
