While the Ramsey County Attorney's office has announced it will not be pursuing felony riot charges against Democracy Now! producers Sharif Abdel Kouddous and Nicole Salazar, they both still face misdemeanor charges. Host Amy Goodman and Sharif have already been charged with separate misdemeanors.
