DTV 'Quiet Period' Debate Gets Noisy in Congress

If local TV stations force cable companies to stop carrying their shows next January, one member of Congress thinks we might have a riot on our hands. So should the FCC require cable companies and TV broadcasters to agree to a "quiet period" for retransmission deals around the DTV switch?
