Comcast Takes FCC Bull by Horns in Throttling Battle

Comcast is locking legal horns with the FCC in a case that ultimately may decide the fate of Net Neutrality. Comcast has mounted an appeal, arguing that the FCC is acting outside the bounds of its authority.
