America Needs a Rural Broadband Policy Soon

There are going to be a lot of things on the plate of whomever is elected president in November: Iraq, Afghanistan, energy, terrorism, climate change, national economic revitalization. But we're not going to let that stop us from adding one more item: a national broadband policy.
