FCC Ponders Forcing HD Radio Access with XM-Sirius Devices

There are still loose ends to tie up in the merger of Sirius and XM Radio. The FCC has gotten to one of them, launching a Notice of Inquiry on whether tuners built for the new entity should be required to feature Ibiquity HD Radio reception along with satellite radio.
