The FCC Starts Its Wireless Microphone Investigation. Will Broadcasters Throw Broadway Under a Bus?

The FCC has just released a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking addressing the problem of wireless microphone operations in the 700 MHz band. But the ball on white spaces, whether licensed, unlicensed, or not used at all is still very much up in the air.
