A Convention Perk You Can't Get in St. Paul: Free Wi-Fi

Attendees of the Republican National Convention can get free Wi-Fi Internet access Sept. 1-4, but they will have to leave St. Paul to get it. Free Wi-Fi is available in Minneapolis, but St. Paul doesn't have municipal Wi-Fi.
