Internet Radio Booming but Threatened

Internet radio has a growing audience of up to 54 million monthly listeners, but it's threatened with extinction because of an unfair royalty rate structure. Now a congressman has stepped in to oversee negotiations between the Copyright Royalty Board and the webcasters.
