Internet Providers' New Tool Raises Deep Privacy Concerns

With the immensely greater surveillance capacity of systems such as broadband deep packet inspection and the possibility of data breaches, many users are unnerved by ISPs who use DPI, but the lack of competition for broadband service doesn't allow you to take your business elsewhere.
