FCC Steps Up Digital Transition Campaign in Wilmington

The FCC has come to Wilmington, N.C. to get information out to local residents that they live in the test market for an early conversion to digital television signals, scheduled for Sept. 8. It's a dry run for the nationwide conversion that will take place across the country on Feb. 17, 2009.
