FCC Sanctions Comcast for P2P Blocking

As expected, the FCC issued an Order that Comcast violated its Internet Policy Statement with its practice of "delaying" BitTorrent traffic. There's no fine, but Comcast now has to disclose the specifics of its traffic management practices.
