House Republican Leader John Boehner's (R-Ohio) sent a letter to the FCC chastising Chairman Kevin Martin over the agency's expected actions to punish Comcast. He should be praising the chairman for putting a stop to a practice that is clearly outside the bounds of accepted Internet protocol.
