Why Comcast Can't Appeal -- A Story of Prior Notice and Procedural Problems

Comcast is finding itself trapped in a box of its own making. It failed to challenge the FCC's authority to resolve complaints about blocking or degrading applications when it had the chance two years ago, so it has forfeited its strongest arguments on process or authority.
