Yahoo, Yang Agree on Cease-Fire with Icahn

Yahoo reached a cease-fire with billionaire activist Carl Icahn by giving him and his allies three board seats, ending a bruising proxy fight and buying the Internet company more time to figure out its turnaround strategy.
