Comast Agrees to Sign New York's Anti-Porn Code

Attorney General Andrew Cuomo is using a tactic to to try to reduce the availability of child pornography on the Internet that the ACLU calls problematic: The agreement allows sites to be removed "without any judicial oversight and there is something wrong with that."
