Universal Says 'Fair Use' Is Still Infringing

Universal forced YouTube to take down a video of a tot dancing to an old Prince song last year, claiming copyright infringement. Although Universal did retract its claim, they are back in court defending against issuing a bad-faith DMCA takedown.
