FCC Chief Open to More Terms on XM-Sirius Deal

FCC Chairman Kevin Martin said he would consider imposing further conditions on Sirius Satellite Radio's acquisition of XM Satellite Radio Holdings if it were needed to win support of other FCC commissioners.
