Creative Voices Files Brief Seeking Reversal of FCC NYPD Blue Fine

The Center for Creative Voices in Media asked the Second Circuit to reverse the FCC indecency decision against a scene from NYPD Blue that puts creative, challenging, controversial, non-homogenized broadcast television programming at risk.
