S-1959- "Homegrown Terrorism Bill" Bad choice of wording or are we all "terrorists"?

Allegedly this bill, if what the video implies were to be true, could be used by this and many other Netroot sites that concern themselves with governmental acts and corporate misdeeds, be lumped into a new catagory of criminal known as "Homegrown Terrorist".

The bill states:

"(Homegrown Terrorism)..as the use, planned use, or threatened use of force or violence by a group or individual to promote the group or individual's political, religious, or social beliefs..."

Within the Bill is the word Force, which with its inclusion can define: "Homegrown Terrorism"

...as the use, planned use, or threatened use of intellectual power or vigor.

or

...as the use, planned use, or threatened use of a logical argument.

or

...as the use, planned use, or threatened use of influential action by a group or individual in furtherance of political or social objectives.

What do you think? Watch the video, it explains the concerns of the author better than I have.
