We need your help!

Does the media in your community allow for your voice to be heard? Is your news local and diverse? Are your issues and experiences reflected in your media?

Free Press is a national, nonpartisan organization working on media issues. We connect everyday people across the country to the important decisions being made about the media in Washington. We’re working for more voices to be heard in our media, more localism, and more diversity. We believe that the people of the U.S. have the power to use our voices and every day actions to be heard in Washington—and we need your help.

Free Press is currently hiring for an Event Manager to take the reins of production for our 2008 National Conference for Media Reform and other events. If you or anyone you know are interested, excited, and qualified for the position posted below we encourage you to apply!
