For McCain, a Switch on Telecom Immunity?

In contrast to positions taken by Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.), a top lawyer for his presidential campaign said telecom companies should be forced to explain why they illegally spied on Americans as a condition for legal immunity for wiretapping.
