Next-Gen Broadband Coverage to Be Spotty

We may run into some serious coverage issues when it comes to next-generation broadband deployment. Only Verizon is deploying FTTH, and they won't run it in unprofitable areas. Meanwhile, statewide franchising laws have legalized cherry-picking for other providers.
