Google Co-Founder Makes Pitch For Unused Airwaves Access

Google Co-Founder Larry Page made an unprecedented appeal to policy makers for access to unused television airwaves. Page said using white spaces for new Wi-Fi technology would hasten the goal of blanketing the country with Internet access.
