Lizz Winstead
Lizz Winstead is a writer and comedian who was a founding member of Air America Radio and co-creator and former head writer of Comedy Central's The Daily Show. Lizz’s comedic talents have been recognized in Entertainment Weekly’s “100 Most Creative People” issue, and she was nominated Best Female Club Performer by the American Comedy Awards. Lizz has appeared numerous times on television, including on HBO’s Women of the Night, The U.S. Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, and Comedy Central Presents ... among other shows. Lizz’s current projects include Shoot the Messenger, a live sketch comedy show serving up a satirical wrap-up of the week's news. She’s also developing shows with the BBC, Fuse and Lifetime and touring the country doing stand-up.
