Moyers, Rather to Headline Media Reform Conference

Less than three months before the Republican National Convention convenes in St. Paul, a decidedly more liberal group is gathering in the Twin Cities — the June 6-8 National Conference on Media Reform.
The event is sponsored by “Free Press,” which bills itself as a non-partisan media reform group and which expects to attract about 3,500 guests.
