Chris Parandian is the founder of Tin Can Communications, a public affairs and new media-focused communications firm based in Washington. Chris received his undergraduate degree from Lehigh University and earned his MBA from Johns Hopkins University. He has been an active advocate on telecommunications policy and has worked for two Fortune 250 companies, Alltel and AT&T Wireless.
