Amina Fazlullah

Amina Fazlullah is a media reform advocate with U.S. PIRG specializing in media, technology and digital consumer rights. Based in Washington, she works on the organization's efforts to advance media reform goals to ensure a diversity of viewpoints, protect localism, and prevent the monopolization of the country's media outlets. Fazlullah also monitors the FCC, FTC and DOJ Antitrust with respect to the telecommunications industry. She received her J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School and her B.A. from Pennsylvania State University. She served as an extern with the Honorable Chief Judge James M. Rosenbaum of the United States District Court of Minnesota, and she also has experience working as a law clerk at the Federal Communications Commission's Office of Strategic Planning and Policy Analysis.
