Libby Beaty

Elizabeth (Libby) W. Beaty is the executive director for the National Association of Telecommunications Officers and Advisors (NATOA), an organization whose mission is to support and serve the communications interests and needs of local governments. NATOA represents individuals and organizations responsible for communications policies and services in local governments throughout the country. As the executive director, Beaty is responsible for oversight and management of all aspects of NATOA's policies and operations in coordination with its board of directors. Prior to joining NATOA in 1999, Beaty served in a variety of senior positions at the Federal Communications Commission.
