Everybody’s a critic. Or so it seems. Media critics are producing, blogging, publishing and chattering more than ever – and they’ve never been needed more in the age of 24-hour news, sophisticated PR schemes and runaway media consolidation. But more critics don't necessarily mean better media. How is the role of the media critic changing? How is the line between criticism and activism blurring? How can media critics and activists have more impact? Media activists and critics from the traditional and independent media will explore these issues.
