Winning Technology Policy and Media Reform in the States

While many debates on telecommunications policy are focused on the federal level, many state leaders aren’t waiting for the federal government to act and are taking leadership on broadband deployment, media reform, and economic development. In this session, state legislators and community advocates will share successes and challenges of campaigns to pass progressive communication legislation in statehouses across the country.
