Hawaii's PEG Bill Deserves a Democratic Standard Before It's Too Late

In a media universe dominated by big government and corporate points of view, public, education and government (PEG) access stations in Hawaii are an oasis where people turn for the straight dope on just about anything. Most of their content is produced by local independent thinkers; all of it is nondiscriminatory, uncensored and unfiltered.
