Comcast Absent, Anything But Forgotten

Comcast Corp’s decision to skip the Federal Communication Commission’s second hearing on net neutrality, or Internet network management practices, did not go unnoticed.
“I’m very disappointed they’re not here,” FCC commissioner Robert McDowell said, during questioning at the day-long hearing, which drew anywhere from 300-500 people throughout the course of the day.
